We have been making barley risotto for a while now in a bid to modify cholesterol levels (see our cholesterol post). CSIRO discusses an Australian developed barley which appears to be even more beneficial. We’ve found products containing Barleymax in several large supermarkets. We recommend the breakfast cereal scattered on oats or the cereal bars.
